If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original unopened packaging. Your package needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase. There will be a restocking fee of 10% applied to any order that returns to compensate for labour.
We suggest you use the same shipping agent as we’ve used to get the initial order to you. The return address will be provider by our customer service.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will refund your payment. This can take a few days depending on payment providers. Some payment methods charge a payment fee, this fee is non-refundable.
Depending on the state of the product, you will receive your purchase amount refunded to the account with which the purchase was made. The amount of this amount is determined in the following way.
– 90% for a product in new condition (-10% + -shipping costs)
– 75% when the packaging is damaged (-25% + -shipping costs)
– 0% if the product is defective and has been returned without consultation with customer service.
See a list of international shipping providers here, where you can return items. Shipping within the EU is free for most products but we charge a €49,75 euro when you cancel the order.
You are initially responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund!
Our products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in workmanship and material. This does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, or riding in water. For warranty length see each product.
You can cancel your order until we created a shipping label. If you cancel the order we charge a restocking fee due to the handling and labour involved. Payments done through Creditcard pay a 3% extra cancellation fee, all other payment methods do not pay any cancellation fees. Cancelling a pre-order has a 5% extra cancellation fee because we had to put a lot of work to get the deal setup and you are now ghosting us.
Damages during shipping
We always use the premium shipping agent to the country that you are sending your order to. It can happen that your package gets damaged during transit. If you package arrives with damage to the box do not open it but send us a photo of damage and your order number. Opening the package voids the return policy.
Missing or stuck packages during transit
We always use the best shipping agent to the country that you are sending your order to. It can happen that your package gets stuck during transit. If so we will do our best to retrieve your package as soon as possible. If your package gets stuck it will be returned to our warehouse. We cannot refund your order until we have it back in our warehouse or confirmation from the shipping agency that it got lost.
